We distribute Qurbani meat to families living in poverty in Pakistan.
We make sure that the fresh and nutritious meat goes straight to the communities in need, giving them a delicious meal and connecting them to people who are thinking of them during Eid al-Adha.
Many of these families won't have eaten anything other than basic rations for months. The communities we're distributing to were already living in poverty, struggling to make ends meet and feed their families. Now, due to the coronavirus pandemic, families living below the poverty line are struggling even more.
Times are difficult for us at the moment, as we deal with all of the issues and worries that have come with the coronavirus pandemic but Eid al-Adha is about sacrifice, and there are communities who are in greater need.
Our teams have told us how food and oil prices have increased and many people have lost their jobs, leaving them helpless. Your Qurbani can give them the food they so urgently need.
